Defragmentation problem - cannot complete - keeps finding corrupti

I am unable to complete either a defragmentation or the analyses prior to
defragmentation. "Disk defragmentation cannot continue prescan because there
is corruption in file:..." What should I do?

You should use Disk CleanUp to Empty your Recycle Bin and
Remove Temporary Internet Files (in all User Profiles ). Then run chkdsk
before trying Disk Defragmenter again in Safe Mode.
