defragment program deleted

how do I obtain Download Disk Defragment and disk clean programs back onto my
computer
 
Put your Windows CD in your cd rom drive
Go to Start:
Run:
type:
sfc.exe /scannow
This will repair/replace any damaged or missing files.
Reboot when done
Run Windows Update
Reboot when done
