Defrager

When I use to open my defrager by default it would
highlight C:\ but the last time I moved my partitions
with partition magic the drive list in defrager is upside
down and my top drive is highlighted I use partition
magic a lot and this has just happened .
Does anyone have a fix or eplanation for this ?
