Defrag

I am needing to give my clients who have user leavel access the right to run
windows defag. I do not wnat to and cannot give them full admin rightts to
the local workstation. How can I give them the required rights to run
defrag? At a recient MS conference on security the streasted not giving user
local asmin rights. I our inviroument the workstation users are required to
defrag on a bi-monthly basis. So haw to I do this with out giving the full
local admin riights? I have already given the full control over the short
cut and the exe file in the winnt/sys32 directory and that does not work. It
is still telling us that they must have asmin rights to run defag. What is
the work-around?

Probably the simplest way would be to schedule a task to defrag
the computers when the users are not present. A useful hint is
