Defrag scheduling in xp

I want to set a weekly schedule to defrag my :c drive every week at say 3.00
am.
I've tried help but can't find a way to do this.
Can anybody help on this.

Use Task Scheduler to schedule the following command at 3:00 am:

defrag.exe C:

- Greg/Raxco Software
Microsoft MVP - Windows File System

Greg,
Thanks for that but task scheduler wizard refuses to accept . or : in the
line defrag.exe C:
No punctuation marks seem to be allowed.
Any further help would be appreciated
