Defrag problem - additional drives not shown

Using Win XP with SP2 and all current updates.

Just finished imaging C: to E: (an internal 80Gb) and copying to I: (an
external 250GB on USB port).
On E: I keep the last three images, so I deleted the oldest image from E:
(*), defragged E:, put the new image onto E: went to defrag E: before copying
to I: and Defrag only showed one (C:) drive even though all three drives were
shown at point *

Running defrag from the command line works but I'd rather launch defrag from
the short cut and select the drive I want to defrag. How can I achieve this?

probably reconnecting your i drive will let e show up. but have you tried
using computer management in admin tools via control panel. there the drives
should show up and by exploring on the hidden drive through there, it will
show up again via your desktop.... ps: out of curiousity, what are you using
for disk imaging?
