Defrag not available?

I wanted to defragment drive c:
I right clicked on it, went to properties, tools, Defragment Now....
The disk defragmenter window appears...
BUT.. Analyze and Defragment do nothing...
No errors nothing.. The buttons just do not seem to do anything.

And less then 25% on the one that doesn't work!!!
hmmm... You may have a point...
