Defrag command on Windows 2000

I'm feeling very ignorant (obviously and rightly so).
When I had Win98, I used the "defrag.exe" command
periodically. Now having switched to Windows 2000, am
unable to defrag my hard drive. Is there a "Defrag"
command in Windows 2000? Or another command that does the
same?

Please help.

Thanks.
