Definition's Keeps Reinstalling at 5727

Each time that I run an update it reinstalls defitions
5727. I uninstalled the Anti-Spyware program and
reinstalled and it still is doing the same thing. Just
keeps reinstalling definitions 5727. Anyone having the
same problem and know of a fix?

This symptom appears sporadically here. Suggestions are clearing out the
temp files, and perhaps deleting the existing definition files, as defined
here:
