Defender Updates

Hi, for some reason when I get a notification of an defender update and go
through the process of downloading the computer does not actually update it
and it and the same one comes along again after a couple of days, what's
wrong, any ideas please. Update no KB915597

yeh, i had the exact same problem a couple of minutes ago.

What I did to fix it was to disable my realtime antivirul.

Then i went to add/remove programs, click its change button and it began the
process to install that update and then it ran a quick scan afterwards
too....

be sure to be online and connected during this process....
