Defender Feature request: finer control over scheduling of scans

Defender lets you schedule automatic scans; however, I wish it provided the
same kind of finer-grain control over that scheduling that the Control
Panel's "Scheduled Tasks" feature gives, such as:

- Don't start the task if the computer is running on batteries.
- Stop the task if battery mode begins.
- Wake the computer to run this task.
- Only start the task if the computer has been idle for at least N minutes.

OK, here goes:

Go to start, control panel, maintenance, scheduled tasks.

Advanced, show hidden tasks.

Look for a task with the executable mpcmdrun.exe

Modify the properties of this task according to your chosen settings, or
create your own, or multiples.

This is a command line app--syntax available by running it without any
arguments.
