I just received the Frontpage 2003 upgrade ordered from J and R Electronics
in New York. The CD-ROM is visibly, slightly, warped. It rubs inside my
CD-ROM drive and is very difficult to install. What is the process for
replacement? (Precise phone numbers or e-mail addresses please!)

Thank you for considering my question.

Contact the place of purchase.

Contact the vendor you bought it from - if it's that badly damaged.....
