Default shutdown option in Start -> Shutdown

Hi,

is it possible to change the default shutdown option which will be displayed
in the shutdown dialog of windows XP? my problem is that always hibernate is
selected as default option in the shutdown dialog. I want to change it so
that always the last action will be displayed.

I do know that if you get rid of that new XP Logon choice screen and use the
regular "old" logon style it remembers the last logoff method.
