default settings for users in XP

How can I setup winXP so that all users have the same settings - let's say
the same default printer, the same internet settings (proxy) etc.

Does anybody know how to do this (preferably without having to edit
registry)

Thanks, L.

I would assume that setting up one user with all of the correct settings and
then copying that user to all other users one by one would take care of it.
To copy you need to be logged on as admin. with an account other than what you
are copying to or from
right click MyComputer....properties.........advanced.......user
profiles/settings
hightlight the user you wish to copy from........click copy to
browse to documents&settings\copy to user
OK
Ok your way out
restart and check
