Default security settings in IE7

Are these settings enough?

I went in and made some custom setting adjustments and now get an
active X popup security warning everytime I go to a website I trust.
I tried adding this site to the trusted zone, but for some reason, MS
has restricted this zone to only url's that have the https/: prefix.

uncheck the "Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this
zone" to be able to add ordinary sites (http)
