Default page set up settings

I want to permanently change my page default settings. I
always want gridlines to appear and have the file name
automatically appear as a footer. The Excel help menu is
NO HELP
 
You could have a auto_open or workbook_open event do that
OR
change your book1 and each new workbook will do that.
