Default Page Dimensions

Is there a way to set a custom size for a page?

What are the default dimensions for the Paper/Output
Paper Sizes in the Advanced Options of Printing
Preferences(or where can I find the default specs)?

I have an Okidata ML591 and print a multipart invoice.
Since updating to XP, the print "creeps" up approximately
1/8" per page. After printing two pages, the paper has
to be re-aligned. I think the dimensions for
the "Invoice" page are slightly less than the actual size
of pre-printed multipart invoice.

Info from the Printer Test Page:
Printer Model: Okidata ML 591
Driver Name: UNIDRV.DLL
Data File: OKD591.GPD
Config file: UNIDRVUI.DLL
Driver Version: 5.0
Environment: Windows NT x86
Additional Files: OKI24RES.DLL 5.1.2600.0
UNIRES.DLL 5.1.2600.0
Paper Size Option Selected: INVOICE

My paper size is 11.75 inches wide x 8.5 inches tall
The print creeps up approx 1/8" per page.

Thanks,
Claude

I am assuming that you are using a network server. If
you got to your server and hit start go to printers and
select the printer you want the form on. Then hit server
properies, it will bring up forms. click on create a new
form and you can make it any size you want.
