Default Outlook Profile

I have a quick question about configuring outlook to
automatically create a user profile based on the login
name.

I have seen it done using the custom installation wizard
but what i really want to do is when a new user logs onto
a machine he can click on outlook and straight away the
profile is created. I know it can be done because some of
our machines have been configured in that way but could
someome please tell me how to do it.

Are you sure that the users for whom this is working don't have roaming
Windows profiles enabled? That's the most common method I know of...you
still need to set up the mail profile once, either manually or via scripting
utilities, but then it just follows them around wherever they log in.
