Outlook Profiles

In order to eliminate the wizard that runs when a new user first logs into Outlook, I created a default PRF file and configured Outlook using the "Custom Installation Wizard". Everything works fine except I cannot configure the profile file so that users get a prompt for username and password. This is required because these computers are on a different domain and if I don't prompt for this info Outlook won't let them login. I read the MS white paper on customizing a PRF file and did what it said but I cannot get this feature to turn on. I have attached my modified PRF file for you to reference. Please help.

Please do not post attachments to a news group that does not have the term
"binaries" in its title. Very few people would be foolish enough to open
any attachment in a news group. Please, a simple explanation of the problem
would have sufficed and, if required, you may have been asked to show your
..prf file.
