default opening page for windows mail

My Windows Mail always used to open to "inbox". I must have accidentally
changed some setting because now it opens to "local folders". how do I
change it back?

When it opens to "Local Folders" are the other folders (including Inbox)
visible?
If not, go to View, Layout, and make sure "Folder List" is checked.
