default mail client?

when I went to synch up my Palm Pilot tonight, the mail
didn't come across like it usually does.

The log told me I needed to set MSOutlook as "the default
mail client".

I have been messing around in Outlook Express and have a
feeling I overrode something. Where in Outlook would one
make Outlook the default mail client? thanks!
 
Not in Outlook;
Control Panel-> Internet Options-> tab Programs
