Default line length in received messages

Is it possible to set the default line length for incoming messages?
(I know it is for outgoing.)

Magic,

I can't find where to set the length for outgoing mail. Could please point
me in the right direction?

Tools, Options, Send, Mail Sending Format, select either HTML or
Plain Text settings. The option to have text wrap automatically at
a specific line length is only available when Text Encoding is set
to None.

The sender sets that.
