default keyboard

Hello,

Windows XP

Everytime a new user logon , i have to install the correct keyboard

How can i force the keyboard settings for all users on my
windows xp . (Registry)?

Try This,

Configure the keyboard the way you want, then in:
In Control Panel, Regional and language options, click on the advanced tab
and click "Apply all settings to the current user account and to the default
profile"

Reboot.
