G Guest Aug 26, 2004 #3 Outlook 2000. I have found an answer though... Outlook uses whichever account is first in the Receive List under Tools, Services, Delivery. Do you know if I can choose which Account to use at the time I am creating a new Email? Thanks.

Are you connecting to an Exchange server?
