default format for remarks

Anyone can advise how to set the default format for remarks inserted to cells
in Excel?

1. Format your comment the way you would like all future comments to be
formatted.
2. Make sure the comment is showing (right-click cell > Show/Hide comments)
3. Right-click comment > Set AutoShape Defaults

Now all new comments should be formatted the same as this one...hopefully.
