Default form

When I moved to Office XP the default form is not
displayed until Access is minimized then maximized. Does
anyone know how to correct this?
 
Really I don't have a clue of what you are talking about but to have a Form
start up automatically, goto Tools - Startup - and enter it in Display Form.
