default form view

I would like to create a link to a message form using
Outlook Web Access and have it default to the following
view:

By Conversation Topic

By default the view sorts by messages.

IE: https://mail.sd5.bc.ca/public/stuff/ ????

The use clicks on the link and the messages hopefully
will be displayed sorted by conversation topic.
