Default Folder Action Changed

To be honest, I don't really know how, but somehow the default action
for normal folders has been changed to load in an external program (In
my case, VLC Player) instead of loading in the Explorer window. A
drive's default action is to change the icon now.

Can someone detail how to fix this? Thanks. :)
