Default email not being used when replying to emails

I have 2 email profiles set up in Outlook; one for myself and one set up to
look like it came from my boss.

I am set up as the default email. When I send a new email it automatically
uses my name as it should since I am the default. However, when I hit reply
to reply to an email sent to me (not my boss) it automatically replies using
my bosses profile - which is not the default.

How can I make it stop doing this; the replies and forwards should come from
me.

This is not possible unless you mean by separate profiles separate accounts
in a single mail profile.
Even then it is impossible to answer your question without knowing the mail
accounts types being used and which version of Outlook.

Okay - 2 accounts in a single profile using Outlook 2003. If someone sends
an email to me (default account) and I reply; currently the reply comes from
the second account (not default) automatically. I want the reply to come
from me since the email was to me (me being the default email account).

Ensure you check the Accounts button before sending, especially if the
second account is only an alias of the same account, and not a separate
account.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.
