Default Download Directory

hey, i'd like to set a default download directory for IE.
What i would like is for, everytime i get the download
prompt, for the directory to be d:\temp. Any idea how i
can do this? thanks, cheers,

IE should remember the last folder you used to download a file as it's default next time. If no joy, you can specify the folder via the registry:
