Default Beep On Word 2002 Exit

I recently installed the sounds add-in for Office XP and
all sounds work properly except for the fact that there
is a default beep when exiting Word 2002. This beep does
not occur with other programs and does not occur when the
Provide Sound box is unchecked in Word 2002. Suggestions
will be greatly appreciated. SGL

Is it enabled via Control Panel>Sounds and Audio Devices - Sounds tab? If so try and disable it there.
