I have had to preform a repair instal of Windows XP. I
now cannot access my encrypted files. I would like to get
them back, an anyone help me?

If you mean you did a repair with the upgrade/repair
selection, allowing you to immediately log in with the
same account and have the same programs still installed,
then you should bring the machine up to the same service
level as it was before the repair/upgrade install.
Also, if you reset the password of the account you could
have another issue.
If you mean that you did a new install, the above will not
be of benefit in getting access to your EFS encrypted data.
