Decimal place and rounding off issue

Naomi

hello

hoping for some help if possible please )

I'd like my work sheet to stop doing a couple of things but not sure which
function
controls this...

First Issue

I type into a cell: 345.20

it changes it to: 345.2

I'd really like the figures to never change from what I have entered,
leaving my zero in place.

Second Issue

It rounds off the figure to fit in the cell if the column isn't wide enough,
this usually throws out my end figure by a few cents.(temp fix I used for
that was expanding the columns)

Is there a setting that controls a column to expand automatically when the
cell entry is wider then the column?

Looking forward to any advice )

Hi Naomi!

Thanks for thanks. It looks like another legend has already answered
your second post; dinner and a short nap and the English cavalry have
appeared over the Purbecks galloping to the rescue.
