Debugging

I am getting error messages and being told to debug. When I answer yes, to debug, I get 2 panels asking if I want to debug Scripts now. I answer yes and nothing happens. What do I do?

Go to Tools | Internet Options | Advanced.
Check the box to Disable script debugging.
Uncheck the box to Display a notification about every script error.

Sometimes there's a corrupt file in the cache and one must go to Tools |
Internet Options and click Delete Files.
