debugging

Can someone help. I have a pop up windiw opening when I try to read certain
emails....which is asking me if I would like to debug the message...this I
try to do but with no luck and just close the thing....how can I desable the
program that is making this happen or run it with success

Control Panel
Internet Options
Advanced tab
Under Browsing: "Disable script debugging" should be checked.
