debug assertion failed

I receive the message "Debug Assertion Failed" in some
line (for example 47) when I try to write on a box in some
internet pages (some times when I try to write my ID and
password in a box, for example)

One of the time the dialogue said that Iexp has caused an
error in ISNSYS.DLL

Please, help me!!!
