Dead Hard Drive question

F

Falco

I have a hard drive that's "dead" and its making a loudish clicking sound
when its turned on.
Its got about 3 years of photos that isn't backed up. (I know, I know)
Any guesses on whether this drive is capable of being repaired by a
magician.

The drive is a Maxtor Diamond Max Plus 9 60Gb ATA two years old.

Yes, you should be able to get the data recovered.

Better be sitting down when you get the price tho.
