I'm getting ready to build another system and the motherboard (Intel 945GPM)
I bought supports boths of these. I was wondering which is better and
faster?

Thanks,
Wy

667 may be faster when looking at the memory specifications, but your memory
will only run as fast as the processor's FSB speed.

667Mhz memory is "faster".
"better" would be the fastest one that your motherboard supports, whatever
that is (see the manual), buying slower memory means it won't run at its
best speed, and buying faster memory than the motherboard can use will means
you'd be paying for faster memory but using it at the slower speed.

Thank you. I'm going with the 667.
