Ddevldr32.exe

winxp freezes on bootup, ctrl, alt,delete shows only 2
apps running
one of them being....devldr32.exe.

is it possible that this file is halting the system?
what does it do?

Hi,
it seems to be crucial to the audio input, the Creative Mixer, the
PlayCenter, and the AudioHQ application.
I suggest you reinstall your Creative drivers. Better uninstall all
Creative drivers first, download new drivers from www.creative.com and
install those.
