dcprom-AD and DNS

I have just constructed a server whick will also support
DNS resolution. I run a DHCP address range of 192.168.0.1
to 192.168.0.200. When running DC promo to promote to DC
you are asked to install DNS. Before I do this do I have
to give my NIC a dns address of 192.168.0.1 for example.
OR should this I be putting the DNS address of my ISP
here.

Point the DNS server to itself not your ISP.
