Every now and then I get the error Access denied
attempting to launch a DCOM Server using
DefaultLaunchPermssion. Then I lose intrenet
connection. The user has administrator priveliges.

Your going to have to be a bit more specific. Can you give
details on when this error happens, or maybe the program
you launch that causes this.
