DCOM Error

I keep getting this event error logged in one of my
servers system log with the event ID 10010:

The server did not register with DCOM within the required
timeout.

I have no idea what it means and I can't find anything
related to it in KB. Any idea's anyone?

Please post the entire error message. Then, someone may be able to help.
