DCOM Error

I keep recieving this error:
Event Type: Error
Event Source: DCOM
Event Category: None
Event ID: 10010
Date: 2/18/2004
Time: 10:14:06 AM
User: NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
Computer: SHAWDC
Description:
The server {E367E1A1-E917-11D0-AF5F-00A02448799A} did not
register with DCOM within the required timeout.

and the Windows Trace Session Manager refuses to start

Sometimes just accessing dcomcnfg can fix this. See if accessing that askes if you want to register something.
