dcdiag failure

When trying to run the dcdiag tool, I get the message:
"dcdiag.exe - Entry Point not found"
"The procedure entry point DsIsMangledDnW could not be located in
the dynamic link library NTDSAPI.DLL".
Anyone have any idea as to how to get this resolved?

The OS is Windows 2000 server, SP4. I downloaded the latest dcdiag from
Microsoft and reinstalled, but I still get the same error.

The file may are corrupted in some way "NTDSAPI.DLL"

I don't have knowledge to troubleshoot this I hope some other have, How ever
you can try re-install SP4

You can not know E V E R T Y T H I N G young man! But it sure looks like
you are trying to get close ;-)

Jim, I might try two things:

1) create a Reverse Lookup Zone in your DNS, and
2) if running any Support Tools, try installing the specific SP4 package.

Let us know how this works.
