DCDIAG.exe has error

I downloaded dcdiag from Microsoft's website. When I run DCDIAG, I get an
error that says:

"The procedure entry point DsIsMangledDnW could not be located in the
dynamic link library NTDSAPI.DLL"

DsIsMangled seems like a virus or something.

Has anyone experienced this before?
 
dcdiag is service pack specific and you have probably downloaded the latest
SP4 version from the web site. Is your server running SP4? If not, try
upgrading it then running dcdiag again. Alternatively, get hold of a version
that corresponds to your service pack level and run that instead.
