dcdiag error with machineaccount name

How do I change a MachineAccount on a WIn2k DC ,When I run dcdiag the machine
account is the old name of the server that was changed, Dns and all other
functions work correcly with the updated name except NTFRF this gives me a
13508 when any otther server tries to replicate to this one.But from this DC
I can replicated out to all other servers?
