DC sets back time

In our domain with AD we have two DC, each machine running
time synchronistion via w32time with an external time
server.
Servers get time correctly (also seen in the advanced
w32time log entries in the system log). But: after app. 1
minute the machines set the system time back to the
previous (wrong) one. This action doesn't write an log
entry. Also if I change the system time manually, the
machines set it back.

I would appreciate any ideas.
