DC at remote site slowing down OL / Exchange

I have two offices connected by a full T1. At site A, I have two DCs and
an
Exchange 2003 server on Windows 2003. Everything is zippy. I decided to
put a DC at my remote site. AD replicates fine between the sites yet
Outlook takes forever to load at the remote site. If I remove the DC from
the remote site and have my users authenticate at my main site OL launches
and connects real fast. I can figure out why this is or how to resolve the
issue. It makes no difference if I use server name or IP address

I suspect this is an AD issue

Thanks
Marc

Did you configure the DC at site B (remote) as Global Catalog Server and/or
turn on Universal Group Caching?

Do let us know if this helps. Thanks.
