DBX files

With Windows 98 I was able to delete my DBX files which
contained deleted mail, visited newsgroups, etc. Is there
a way to do this wit XP

*.dbx files are your Outlook Express mail folders and newsgroups.

To delete items in your mail folders, highlight the items and press the
Delete button on your keyboard.

To delete news posts, open Outlook Express and go to Tools > Options >
Maintenance and click on the 'Clean Up Now' button.
