DBWindow lock-Up

This has been going on for awhile and I have gotten used to it. Whenever I
"design" a form and return to the dbwindow the window is locked. no scroll,
no nothing. I have to click on another group(usually queries) then return to
forms before I can navigate the "forms group" window. Any help?

Possibly related? Don't know, but you might try disabling Themes if you have
them set:
